What is TeleInspect™?
TeleInspect™ is a free, confidential telephone service available to Realtors®. You can call to get home inspection advice or general information from a qualified professional Grassroots® building inspector.
That means quick, easy access to a professional who can help you! A call to TeleInspect™ will give you confidential advice about any building-related concerns such as:
- What we think an inspector might say about the house you're going to list
- Additional information on home systems or particular condition in a house before you list it
- Assess concerns you might have with listing a particular home such as the size of the electrical service, the condition of the roof or vermiculite insulation
- Perhaps a potential purchaser has expressed a concern that you're not quite sure about
- Signs or symptoms that you've seen in a home that you need help with
We can help you decide on what your next best step might be or help you to decide if you need to get another type of expert involved.
How Does TeleInspect™ Work?
When you call TeleInspect™ you can talk directly with a qualified professional Grassroots® building inspector. You will be asked to describe the issues or concerns you have, and answer some questions to better assess the problem. Based on the assessment, the Grassroots® building inspector will advise a path of action for you, recommend further professional advice or give you the phone numbers of resources nearest you (if / where available).
